With the practice of Shotokan under Japan Karate Association guidance, you can develop your strength, character, discipline and self-confidence while gaining agility, stamina, coordination and speed.

Background
Nuns' Island-JKA is located at the heart of the beautiful Nuns’ island which is situated between the island of Montreal and south shore. The Nuns’ Island JKA has been established since 1994 and has a reputation of creating highly disciplined karateka of all ages, it is also a family dojo in which parents and their children can train together in a friendly yet serious and highly spiritual atmosphere. The dojo holds students from the ages of 6 years to 70 years old.
